Queen Camilla has reportedly taken direct action to block Prince Harry from arranging further mediation talks with his father King Charles because she is concerned the stress will “upset” the monarch.
A royal insider has claimed Queen Camilla is refusing to allow Prince Harry to speak to King Charles because she is worried her stepson will “upset” the King amid his cancer recovery.
“It's easy to forget that Harry really does love his father, he just hates the fact that Charles seems always to support William when there is a family dispute." "Harry has tried to schedule a call with his father already, but his father is prevaricating with Camilla advising against anything that might upset King Charles," he said.
Relations between Harry and Camilla are so frosty that the Duke of Sussex reportedly asked for his stepmother to leave the room when he briefly met with Charles in February after the King’s cancer diagnosis.Harry “preferred not to be in the same room with his stepmother when he spoke to the King about his cancer diagnosis”, Camilla’s friend Petronella Wyatt told The Telegraph after the visit.
