Dobbins is congratulated by wide receiver Jalen Reagor after scoring a touchdown during an NFL football game against the Cleveland Browns, Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024, in Cleveland. CLEVELAND — Quarterback Justin Herbert threw two first-half touchdown passes and the Chargers’ defense took care of the rest during a 27-10 victory Sunday over the Cleveland Browns.
