The swanky condo, one of just five units in the building to boast outdoor space, features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a fireplace, and a 120-square-foot terrace. Edan Pinkas, a lawyer representing the buyer and a spokesman for Qatar’s UN office, Alaeldin Dafalla, refused to comment.
