Putrajaya approves KL Sentral redevelopment plans

PUTRAJAYA has approved the proposal to redevelop Kuala Lumpur Sentral station to cater for the increasing number of commuters and high traffic volume at the transportation hub. Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the cabinet had agreed that the proposal for the upgrade, which will cost RM1 billion, will be fully borne by Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd as the main developer.
