Canadian asset management firm Purpose Investments has filed a preliminary prospectus with Canadian securities regulators to launch the Purpose Ripple ETF, aiming to be the world's first exchange-traded product on spot XRP value. The ETF will invest primarily in XRP and offer investors exposure to the cryptocurrency within a regulated framework.
Purpose Investments , a veteran Canadian asset management firm with $23 billion in assets under management becomes the latest participant in the XRP ETF race. By sending its preliminary filing to the local securities watchdog, the team demonstrates its ambitions to issue world's pioneering exchange-traded fund on spot XRP .
