Sibu district deputy OCPD Supt Collin Babat said compounds could also be issued to 4D outlet operators under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Regulations 2020.
“This includes ensuring social distancing of at least one metre while buying numbers. They are also required to wear face masks, have their body temperature taken before entering the premises and have their hands sanitised. Supt Babat said the monitoring team consisting of police, army and People’s Volunteer Corps would be conducting random monitoring of 4D outlets three times a day.
