“El atraso de las obras de reconstrucción es tan vergonzoso que en lugar de estar pautando anuncios sobre los proyectos deberían estar pautando anuncios de disculpas por la inacción de los trabajos”, dijo Jesús Manuel Ortiz, presidente del Partido Popular Democrático, el principal grupo de oposición.
