"Starting December, all civil servants will receive new salary rates,” he said when featured in Bernama TV’s Apa Khabar Malaysia programme today. "For state civil servants as well as those under statutory bodies and local authorities, if they choose to adopt the revised SSPA, then, it will apply to them too,” he said.
