Homicide detectives are appealing for information on the death of Queensland grandmother Wendy Hansen, whose remains were found about 860km away from home in New South Wales earlier this year.
Wendy Hansen went missing from Monto in February and her remains were found in Coffs Harbour in June. Months later on June 18, human remains were found half burned in bushland near the Jordan Esplanade in New South Wales' Coffs Harbour.The 63-year-old was last seen withdrawing cash from an ATM on Newton Street in Monto. She was about 860km away from where she went missing from.Wendy Hansen's car still has not been found.
