Police say the caller reported that is she was passing by the home and noticed that all of the lights were on inside. Police say the homeowner then reportedly told the man to leave, at which time he allegedly responded by saying that "it was his house" and asked the woman if "she believed in prayer." Troopers say one of the homeowner's relatives then arrived at the residence, at which time the man reportedly began stating that "he was God and he owned everything."Authorities say that when troopers arrived on scene, the man was reportedly observed standing next to one of the windows, with his face pressed against the glass and "smiling" at them.
