Ms Long said the Police Service of Northern Ireland was "clearly taking robust action" when it was made aware of misconduct allegations against staff. "One of my frustrations was that whilst the police were taking the issue seriously, it often took a long time to reach conclusion and that added to public frustration," she told the"There are a number of reasons why it takes so long.
