The alleged misconduct offences relate to incidents which took place between June and September 2021
A PSNI officer appeared in court on Monday on a sexual misconduct charge after he is alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a vulnerable woman while on duty.
Timothy Hampton, whose age was unspecified and whose address was given as Enniskillen police station, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court to hear the charges against him.He faces two charges of misconduct in a public office, including the sexual misconduct charge as well as failing to notify police of a false report by a member of the public, and encouraging a member of the public to make a false report to police.
