A Provo couple was arrested after their teenage daughter reported that her stepfather had been raping her for the past 18 months with her mother's knowledge, court documents stated.
Officials responded to their home on Thursday and were told by the suspects that they had been engaging in sexual activity with their daughter since she was 14 years old.
