A Provo man entered a changing area at the Orem Family Fitness Center last week and sexually assaulted a woman, according to charging documents.
<p>OREM — A Provo man is facing several felony charges accusing him of entering an Orem recreation center and sexually assaulting a woman.
 Center Street, although he is not a member and walked &quot;past the gate where he was supposed to scan a card and went into the changing room,&quot; according to charging documents.
