Over the weekend, the South African rugby coach announced 35 players, 11 of them uncapped, would report for duty this week.The “newbies” to the squad include Jordan Hendrikse – the brother of Jaden Hendrikse, Quan Horn, Edwill van der Merwe, Morne van den Berg, Phepsi Buthelezi, Siya Masuku, Ethan Hooker, Ben-Jason Dixon, Sacha Feinberg-Mgomezulu, Neethling Fouche and Andre-Hugo Venter.The list includes Venter, a Stormers player, who was invited to the Springboks alignment camp in March.
Posting a picture of Andre Hugo, his son, and Nikkie, Rassie tweeted of his former colleague: “Played almost all my test matches with this yster! My daughter in good hands ”.
