Future Sound Asia beri pemegang tiket pilihan untuk membuat permohonan bayar balik penuh, separa atau tidak membuat permohonan dan menukar tiket bagi Good Vibes Festival 2024 atau 2025.

Semua pasti tahu, Good Vibes Festival 2023 telah dibatalkan setelah hari pertama persembahan akibat tindakan penyanyi utama kumpulan The 1975, Matty Healy, yang mengkritik undang-undang LGBT di Malaysia dan berkelakuan tidak sopan.

Pihak penganjur GVF 2023 kemudiannya telah mengeluarkan kenyataan bahawa proses bayar balik akan dilakukan bagi mereka yang terkesan dengan pembatalan program itu. Di saat anda membuat pilihan bayar balik, sila ingat bahawa kami ingin terus mengadakan festival Malaysia ini yang kami sayangi dan berbangga dengannya. Kedua, pemilik tiket diberi pilihan untuk tidak membuat permohonan bayar balik. Tiket GVF 2023 mereka akan ditukar kepada tiket ke festival itu bagi tahun 2024 atau 2025 yang disertakan dengan baucar minuman bernilai RM100. Proses bayar balik boleh dimohon melalui laman web Goodvibesfestival dan dibuka sejak semalam hingga 10 September ini.
