Both pieces of evidence are crucial to the prosecutors’ case against Kraft, who was charged with two misdemeanors in February. The appeal will be heard by the Palm Beach County Circuit Court. The earliest a decision could be rendered is 110 days, which would be just before Week 1 of the NFL season in September. The side that loses could then appeal that decision to Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, which would delay the case about another 100 days.Kraft pleaded not guilty to the two charges and asked for a jury trial.
