Prosecution pleads to 3 years in jail for YangHyunSuk
On November 14th KST, the trial for Yang Hyun Suk and others was held at the 23rd Criminal Agreement Division of the Seoul Central District Court. According to the prosecution, the formerCEO threatened former trainee Han Seo Hee after she informed police about B.I's alleged drug use. The prosecution pleaded to 3 years in jail for Yang Hyun Suk and pleaded to 2 years in jail for Mr. Kim who was prosecuted along with Yang Hyun Suk during the final statement.
"It's evident he coerced the former trainee informant by saying it's nothing to take someone like you out. His criminal act was malicious and he does not seem to have any sense of remorse.
