Probation Chief Guillermo Viera Rosa, who last week announced plans to retire by the end of the year, said he intends to stay on the job with plans to address the issues. The state conducted at least nine inspections at Los Padrinos this year, some of them unannounced, ultimately finding that the facility wasn't meeting proper staffing requirements.
