Some fans had speculated that Samoa Joe, who is becoming something of a regular face in the world of video games, was the voice of Abrams, but until recently there was no confirmation that this was the case. However, yesterday Joe tweeted an image of Abrams, seemingly confirming that he is indeed the voice of the character. Of course, he doesn’t outright say that he is the voice of the character, so he could just be trolling or be a big fan of Abrams, but given the similarities between Abrams’ voice and Joe’s it would be a massive surprise if this turned out to not be him. While there isn’t a ton ofAdding further fuel to the fire is that Joe has previously worked for Valve before, voicing the Juggernaut arcana item in. He hasn’t wrestled since July, reportedly taking a break to film season two of theshow. However, as one of the greatest of all time, he will likely be back at the top of the AEW card when he returns.
