Pekan Berkempen normal baharu menjadikan Pilihan Raya Kecil (PRK) Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Chini kurang meriah.
Pengundi memberitahu suasananya tidak seperti PRK kebiasaan dan berharap sempat mengenali calon bertanding sebelum hari pemilihan, 4 Julai ini.
"Saya lihat kempen dalam normal baharu kali ini jauh berbeza, bahangnya tidak menyengat dan meriah berbanding pilihan raya sebelum ini. Dakwanya, calon Barisan Nasional Mohd Shahrim Md Zain dan Tengku Datuk Zainul Hisham Tengku Hussin yang calon Bebas dikenali pengundi Gugusan Chini, namun seorang lagi calon Bebas, Mohd Shukri Mohd Ramli masih dianggap asing.
"Tiada lagi aktiviti kempen seperti dahulu dan kini saya sempat melihat calon pun ketika ke pasar baru Chini, baru-baru ini," katanya.
