But, the real showstopper was her choice of jewelry.Kate wore a four-strand pearl choker necklace, with the pearl rows joined at the middle by marquise diamonds. The pearls were originally gifted to Queen Elizabeth II during her first-ever state visit to Japan back in 1975.
