A letter written by Princess Diana and signed by her and young princes William and Harry in 1989 is on sale for £18,000
A letter from the late Princess Diana dated 1989 with special signatures from young William and Harry has been put up for sale for £18,000.
"I know how particularly busy you all are at the moment, so it meant even more to us that you and the motorbike boys were able to take part in the birthday celebrations!The then 7 year old William wrote his name in cursive as four year old Harry wrote his name with separated letters. The royal letter first left Sgt Plumb's estate six years ago when it was bought by a collector, the Daily Mail reports.It comes just days after Diana's favourite cross-shaped pendant went up for auction and is expected to sell for over £120,000.It's the main item being sold at Sotheby’s annual Royal and Noble sale, which begins on 6 January and ends on 18 January.
