Duke of Cambridge says gift didn’t go over well
“I did get my wife a pair of binoculars once,” the father-of-three admitted tosports journalist Tom Fordyce, radio presenter Chris Stark and Peter Crouch. “She’s never going to let me forget that. That was early on in the courtship, that was.”The Duke then joked he thinks the gift, which he confirmed was wrapped, is what “sealed the deal” on their relationship.
