Prince William has returned to social media to celebrate Rachel Daly's retirement from international football.
Prince William has returned to social media for the first time since his wife Princess Catherine publicly revealed her cancer diagnosis.
Daly, 32, surprised football fans on Wednesday by announcing her retirement from international football but will continue to play for Aston Villa in the premier league. The lighthearted post marks the first time the Prince of Wales has posted on the official Kensington Palace social media account since his wife Princess Catherine revealed her cancer diagnosis.
"This of course came as a huge shock and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family," she said.
