The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a new picture of their son Archie along with a video of their 2019 highlights to mark the start of 2020.
with journalist Tom Bradby about the pressure of pregnancy under the media spotlight.
"Any woman, especially when they're pregnant, you're really vulnerable," said Markle."So that was made really challenging. And when you have a newborn... it's a lot. You add this on top of being a new mom or trying to be a newlywed." Markle thanked Bradby for asking if she's OK, saying,"Not many people have asked if I'm OK."
She also spoke of the difficulty in trying to cope with scrutiny from the tabloid media:"It's not enough just to survive something. That's not the point of life. You've got to thrive. You've got to be happy...I really tried to adopt this British sensibility of a stiff upper lip. I tried. I really tried. But I think that what that does internally is probably really damaging.
