A man who was dragged away by police after Prince Andrew was heckled during the Queen’s coffin procession in Edinburgh has been charged with breach of the peace.

As the coffin procession travelled up the Royal Mile, the 22-year-old appeared to shout: “Andrew, you’re a sick old man”., who stepped down as a working royal in 2019, joined his siblings in walking behind their mother’s coffin as it travelled from the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh to the nearby St Giles’ Cathedral in the city.

It came after the Duke settled civil action brought by Virginia Roberts Guiffe while making no admissions as to liability. She had accused the Duke of sexually abusing her on three occasions when she was 17. He has always denied the allegations.
