PRINCE ALBERT II, the reigning monarch of Monaco, has tested positive for coronavirus.
It comes just days after the monarch addressed the nation, where he declared a total lockdown, following the example of France and other neighbouring countries.Earlier this week the city-state's prime minister, Serge Telle, tested positive for the virus.
