Incumbent Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., also defeated multiple primary challengers and clinched the GOP nomination for Senate in the state.Polls close in Illinois and Oklahoma Polls have closed in Illinois and Oklahoma, with primary voters in both states making their final decisions on who they want to represent them.
Six candidates also battled it out Tuesday for the GOP nomination in the state governor’s race against incumbent Gov. Pritzker, who faces one primary challenger in the Democratic primary.
