Primark shoppers queue overnight as stores reopen today with new shopping rules - this is what has changed
Primark has reopened 153 branches in England today as non-essential retailers get permission to open again. In order to get a first look at the stock, some shoppers have queued outside stores overnight.In March this year, the UK government asked all non-essential retailers to close as part of the coronavirus lockdown.
