Will Still is aged just 30, but has risen to become boss of Ligue 1 side Reims
A football manager who costs his club £22,000 in fines every time they play has been taking the French league by storm this season.
He's the youngest boss in all of the top five leagues in Europe. But still doesn't have a UEFA Pro Licence. He took charge of Preston North End youth teams after studying at the University of Central Lancashire. But the 30-year-old credits playing hours-upon-hours of Football Manager for his success.
