forked out $11 million for their third oceanfront property in the elite Noosa Shire enclave in January this year.The Double Bay-based couple’s latest acquisition is a three-bedroom, white weatherboard beach house with unimpeded views north to the Noosa National Park headland and across the Coral Sea., the home is next door to another Wilson-Greer property, purchased early in the pandemic for $6.5 million in May 2020.
The combined $17.5 million Seaview Terrace twinset adds to their record-setting purchase in 2022 of a $28.5 million trophy retreat on Arakoon Crescent.
Ms Rinehart’s block is lodged in the name of Hancock Prospecting subsidiary BV Investments, which is linked to $42.45 million worth of Sunshine Beach property, not including the iron ore magnate’s $34 million Webb Road mansion.
