Presidential campaign ‘fearful of mistakes’ from Biden which could 'derail' launch

The Biden 2024 presidential campaign wants to make sure they are able to “control” as much of what the US President says as possible for “fear of mistakes,” according to Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign deputy chairman Rick Gates.

“For fear of mistakes or gaps or any other thing that might derail … this initial launch,” Mr Gates told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “To announce a formal campaign with a video is very different than most of the other candidates did it.
