Pedro Pierluisi reported Thursday that more than 270,000 customers out of 1.47 million were still without power, and more than 100,000 customers out of 1.2 million without water service, according to the Associated Press.from the Puerto Rico Department of Health, at least 13 deaths were confirmed to have been attributed to the storm., which slammed the island as a Category 4 storm in 2017. Maria was responsible for the deaths of nearly 3,000 people.
