[ICYMI] PP's report on the Financial Services Board set aside

JOHANNESBURG - The Pretoria High Court has set aside Public Protector's report on the Financial Services Board.Busisiwe Mkhwebane is also ordered to pay costs.Meanwhile, the panel looking into whether Mkhwebane should be investigated by Parliament, is expected to begin work in November. The three-member panel will decide whether the investigation into Busisiwe Mkhwebane's fitness to hold office should continue.
