The lucky third-prize ticket was purchased at Xpress Mart on South Main Road in Vineland, New Jersey Lottery officials said. It matched four numbers plus the Powerball and is worth double the standard $50,000 because the winner spent an extra $1 for the Power Play option.In addition, no one hit the secondary, $10 million Double Play drawing on Wednesday. A second-prize, $500,000 ticket was bought in Florida.
