In Florida, 26 winning tickets were sold worth $50,000 to $2 million each. A total of three Florida tickets won second-tier prizes; these winning tickets matched all five of the white ball numbers but did not match the Powerball number. One lucky player in Poinciana won $2 million and two players in Wellington and Deerfield Beach each won $1 million.

“Protecting the integrity of the draw is of upmost importance, and we were able to do that during this historic drawing with the cooperation of all participating lotteries,” said Drew Svitko, the chairman of the Powerball Product Group and executive director of the Pennsylvania Lottery.
