BART service also stopped between the Rockridge and Orinda stations about 10:35 a.m. because of a PG&E issue in the Berkeley Hills Tunnel separate from the earlier problem, Allison said. The outage in Orinda affected 2,328 customers and was caused by a branch brought down by the winds, according to PG&E spokesperson Tamar Sarkissian
