Kelsey Grammer teases a potential romance between Frasier and Roz in Frasier. Grammer plays the eponymous Dr. Frasier Crane in the series Frasier. Frasier originally ran for 11 seasons from 1993 to 2004, spanning over 200 episodes. Frasier was then rebooted in the current decade, and a revival series aired its first season in the fall of 2023. Frasier season 2 aired its first two episodes of the season on September 19, and just aired episode 3 yesterday, on September 26.

One of said photos showed Frasier and longtime friend Roz in the middle of what appeared to be a kiss.
While Grammer's reaction does not comment on exactly what will happen with this Frasier season 2 relationship, his coy answer suggests that something must be afoot between Frasier and Roz. Perhaps the characters are kissing in that season 2 image, but the consequences of said kiss are unclear. For example, the kiss could be a one-off occurrence, and the characters could regret it. Or, Roz and Frasier could start a major romance in Frasier season 2.
