The highly anticipated Cahaya Kristal residential project here by Encorp Berhad (Encorp), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Encorp Development Sdn Bhd, has been officially launched.
The low-density leasehold development at Bukit Kepayan is an important turning point for Encorp as it marks the company’s debut into the thriving Sabah real estate market and further establishes its status as a top developer.“Kota Kinabalu is as vibrant as any city in Malaysia and we understand very much why developers from West Malaysia want to come to Sabah, specifically Kota Kinabalu,” said Encorp Group Chief Executive Officer Hazurin Harun at the launching ceremony on Saturday.
What we want to do is to enhance the buyers’ experience in buying our properties. “Being our first project in Kota Kinabalu, it is very important for us to brand ourselves, to really provide the market with something that is interesting, beautiful and is value for money,” he said. Encorp also announced its new sales gallery at KK Times Square.
