Portsmouth are in advanced talks with defender Conor Shaughnessy over a new contract at Fratton Park,Portsmouth are keen to reward the 27-year-old with a new improved deal before his current contract expires in June 2025.
The centre-back made 49 appearances in all competitions across the campaign after arriving from Burton Albion last summer.Shaughnessy started his professional career at Leeds United after he was handed a contract at Elland Road in 2016. The centre-back signed for Burton in the summer of 2021 and played 70 games for the club before Portsmouth snapped him up last year.
