FC Porto's Galeno quite literally got his pants pulled down by Denzel Dumfries UCL
The Inter full-back slid in and grabbed his shorts from the floorSergio Conceicao’s side dominated proceedings as they looked to get back into the tie on home turf, leading to some rather extreme defensive tactics from Inter.
Brazilian winger Galeno was a constant thorn in the paw of Inter Milan and that led to Denzel Dumfries simply having enough of his attacking play in the second half. With Galeno pushing forward, the only way that the Inter’s Dutch defender could think to stop him was by pulling his shorts down from around his waste, exposing his Y-fronts for all to see.
While Dumfries responded to the incident like nothing had happened, Galeno wasn’t quite so impressed as he appealed for the Inter full-back to be booked.Inter certainly had to weather a storm against the Portuguese giants, something that they managed to do by any means neccessary. But while some might question the physical approach taken to nullifying the threat of Porto, there’s no doubting that it was effective.
