Millar Library was occupied by pro-Palestine protesters who staged an occupation of the building in late April through early May.
It could cost between $750,000 and $875,000 to repair Portland State University 's publicly-funded Millar Library after it was heavily damaged and vandalized during a protest occupation earlier this month.
The library, which is used as an essential meeting place and resource center for students, will likely be closed until the fall for repairs and cleanup. The initial cleanup of graffiti began two weeks ago.
