Macan, Cayenne, and Panamera owners can get repair reimbursements based on mileage and age. Faulty sunroof drainage systems allegedly caused cabin leaks, prompting a US class action lawsuit. Claims for the Porsche sunroof settlement must be submitted no later than February 4, 2025. Even Porsche isn’t immune to the occasional mechanical misstep, and this time it involves an often-overlooked detail: sunroof drainage.
The reimbursement rates aren’t exactly a blank check, but they offer some relief: -Vehicles in service for five to six years will see Porsche covering 45% to 75% of repair costs, with the rest landing in the owner’s lap. -Cars between four and five years old come with a slightly lighter burden for owners, who will pay 20% to 50% of repairs.
