Kim is a popular YouTuber with over 300,000 subscribers, known for uploading vlogs and other content. On the 9th of last month, Yoo Ah In was sent to the prosecution without detention on charges of administering eight or more types of drugs. The court dismissed the warrant, citing difficulty in concluding the possibility of fleeing, and dismissed the necessity for the arrest. The court also took into account Yoo Ah In's admission to the basic facts and self-reflection on smoking marijuana, which led to the dismissal of the warrant.
