Fans loved the way the singer reacted to help the woman.
Tyson Ritter of The All-American Rejects performs onstage during the 2025 KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas at The Kia Forum on December 13, 2025 in Inglewood, California. They say the show must go on, but when The All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter spotted a fan struggling in the crowd over the weekend, that saying went right out the window.
Ritter and the band were performing Saturday at KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas concert when he stopped mid-song to help out a fan in distress.“Let’s stop the song,” Ritter said. “Stop the music right now. “Let’s get some EMTs,” he continued. “Girl just passed out. Is she back? She with us? Tell me you were looking for your purse. You good? Let’s get you out of there. You can come sit and watch the rest of the song onstage.”“He gave her his own water bottle,” a fan said in the recording from the show. “What a G.” “We need Twinkies, some sugar, anybody got any gumdrops?” Ritter said. “It’s Christmas time. Anybody have any Christmas gumdrops? Gingerbread houses.” A fan threw a protein bar onto the stage that Ritter then tried to deliver out to the person in distress. Event staff did begin attending to the fan, and they can be seen assisting a woman, slowly, away from the audience floor. With the fan in better condition, Ritter asked “is it not cool to finish this song?” And when the singer got the word that the woman was OK, he did restart the song and finish out the show.“I freaking love Tyson,” one person commented on the video.
