Popular ‘Wake Up, Brother Bear!’ production returns to Northbrook Park District.
The Northbrook Park District is welcoming back another theater production of “Wake Up, Brother Bear!” which will again delight the little ones, according to a news release. The production, best enjoyed by children ages 5 and under, was a resounding success when it was mounted last spring by the talented professionals of Northbrook Theatre for Young Audiences, Northbrook Park District Performing Arts Supervisor Drew Kambach said in a news release.
” According to the news release, the interactive performance will have audiences watch a waterfall melt, meet a butterfly, chase an elusive fish and skate on an icy pond. Children are invited to join the action to help create an enchanting experience during the 40-minute production with no intermission. ‘Wake Up, Brother Bear!’ runs Oct. 29 through Nov. 12 at the Little Theatre in the Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Avenue, the release said. Advanced ticket purchases are recommended.
