'It has been one hell of a journey'
The owners of a popular Caribbean takeaway in Trafford have announced they will be closing down after four years in business.
In a post on social media earlier this month, Valerie and Alvin announced the upcoming closure and said it was the ‘end of the road’ for the local business. The post wrote: “It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing that we will be closing our doors at the end of this month. But the owners of the restaurant, which will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week before closing for good, said they have plans to keep the Caribbean Creations going strong as a catering business.
