Popular brunch spot First Watch plans to expand Houston footprint with new Katy location
is in the process of expanding its Houston-area portfolio with a new location planned on the cusp of Fulshear and Katy.to build its newest Katy location.The new First Watch would occupy a 3,852-square-foot space in the Market at Cross Creek retail and dining center off of Farm-to-Market 1463, according to the TDLR.
Dining hours at First Watch are from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., making it a breakfast, brunch and lunch-only diner. First Watch offers traditional daytime cafe fare with an eclectic spin. Most of the meals also have a focus on healthy and fresh ingredients, and ingredients are locally sourced as often as possible, the company’s website says.First Watch also specializes in custom cocktails, though drinks are not free-pour, meaning patrons can only purchase the set cocktails on the menu.The planned location would be the third First Watch restaurant in Katy.
