The chain's popularity has allowed it to expand widely: Besides the new Cupertino digs, Marufuku has California locations in Oakland,In addition to Hakata-style ramen, Marufuku also offers chicken paitan ramen, rice bowls, and izakaya small bites such as gyoza and chicken karaage, along with beer and sake. In November, the“Ramen here isn't complete without a big honkin' chicken leg on the side,” the Chronicle wrote.
